Quality

• Which mechanisms (tests, reviews, metrics) will be used to ensure that the goal is reached?
• Which deliverables are reviewed by whom?
• Who reviews status reports?
• At the least you should have reviewed the project plan, specifications (if any), final deliverable.
• How are changes to already accepted deliverables handled?

Don't start the project before all these points are defined and accepted!
